A deposit may be required if we deem any repair a “Special-Order” project.

Due to the complex nature of working on most extractors A-1 Vacuum has instituted a new repair policy:
ALL Extractors are subject to a Minimum Estimating Fee of $59.95 at estimate time.
This Service Charge is based on labor + parts & NOT covered by any warranty.
This Service Charge is not refundable but is applicable to the repair if completed or replaced w/new unit.
Broken and/or missing parts, cleanout/unclogs of heaters (and other areas) are not covered by any warranty.
Consumables (bags, belts, filters, brushes and others) are not covered by any warranty.
